How do I send my wig?
After subscribing, you'll receive a welcome email with a prepaid shipping label and full mailing instructions. Simply package your wig securely, attach the label, and drop it off at any carrier location.
Can I send multiple wigs at once?
Yes. You can send your wigs all at once or one at a time — whatever works best for you. Just make sure the total stays within your plan's monthly limit.
What happens if I don't use all my wigs in a month?
Unused wig slots expire at the end of your billing cycle and do not roll over to the next month. We recommend sending wigs throughout the month so you get the full value of your plan.
What if I need more wigs than my plan allows?
You can add extra wigs to any month for $20 per wig. Simply reply to your welcome email to request an add-on label. You can also upgrade your plan at any time through your subscriber portal.
How long does the turnaround take?
We wash and return your wig within 1–3 business days of receiving it. Shipping time depends on your location and carrier, but most customers receive their wigs back within a week of mailing them in.
Can I pause or cancel my subscription?
Yes. You can pause or cancel your subscription at any time through your subscriber portal — no phone calls or emails required. There are no cancellation fees.
Where do I send my wigs?
Your mailing address and prepaid label are included in your welcome email after subscribing. All carriers are accepted at our receiving address.
