Is shipping really free?
Yes. All subscription plans include free shipping both ways. Your prepaid label covers the trip to us and we cover the return to you.
How do I send my wig?
After subscribing you'll receive a welcome email with a prepaid label. Print it, pack your wig securely and drop it off at any UPS, USPS or FedEx location.
How long does it take?
We clean and return your wig within 3–5 days of receiving it. Most customers get their wig back within a week of mailing it in.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime through your subscriber portal — no phone calls, no fees, no long-term commitment required.
What wig types do you work on?
All of them — human hair, synthetic, lace front, full lace, glueless, u-part and headband wigs. We use sulfate-free, wig-safe products on every unit.
What if I'm not happy with the results?
Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your wig and we'll make it right — including a free rewash if needed. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.
